Friday Night Flicks!

I didn't get KEP's message reminding me that this was my week until 6:30 this morning as I was sitting at my desk at school. Urgh. I swear my cell phone eats messages! Of course, if I ever wrote anything down in a calendar or something... Anyway, I asked if she was okay with me doing it later. So it's the Friday Night Flicks! I hope you enjoy them as much as I did...

1. I must have appealed to her maternal instincts.

2. I warned you: We do NOT tolerate failure, Number Three. You know the penalty.

3. It's all right. It's quite all right, really. She's having a rest. We'll be going on soon. There's no hurry, you see. We have all the time in the world.

4. Miranda: I'll show you your room.
James: A palace of ice; you must feel right at home.

5. That's quite a nice little nothing you're almost wearing. I approve.

6. We have nothing to declare.

7. When one is in Egypt, one should delve deeply into its treasures.

8. Why don't you try the identigraph?

9. You seem to have this nasty habit of surviving.

10. You'll pay for this! You'll all pay for this, you rats!

Let the games begin!! (The game is open until this time tomorrow night for all you people with lives who aren't sitting by the computer on a Friday night!)

Night-time flicks! Now I know how all you people who refresh constantly in the morning feel!

4. Pierce Brosnan as 007 in Die Another Day

7. Roger Moore as James Bond in The Spy Who Loved Me

I don't know many, but I know that the theme is James Bond movies. Cool!

Clay said he thought it was James Bond. So maybe you can give me vicarious points or something.

I thought #3 had something to do with Willy Wonka. Other than that, it's all about #6: I have nothing to declare. This one was HARD!! :)

Wow, I suck at this. Those are hard! Points for presence?

Points always for visiting! Yeah! I am feeling the love!

Bond! James Bond!!! I would so do Sean Connery right here, right now. I don't care if he is pushing 102 and no longer has his real teeth. He's HOT!

1. Bond in Goldfinger

2. From Russia with Love. I have no idea of the guy's name, but he's talking to that goony yet scarey fellow.

4. Octopussy?

7. The Spy Who Loved Me

Is this in honor of Sean Connery's birthday? He is 76 today. He is the most sexy 76 year old I have ever seen, and in my opinion, the best Bond. Did you know his real name is Thomas? Do I get points for facts? Because I don't know any of the quotes.

I don't know any of these but #8 sounds like something that Q would say. I've seen most of the James Bond movies but not enough to remember any lines. Unless "shaken, not stirred" counts. :) That being said, he drinks a lot of martinis. I know that much.

you know, it's just as well my first response got lost in cyberspace, I guess something to do w/multiple windows open - is googling those movie lines cheating? Because I had several answers ready to go after just a few minutes searching... :)

Wow, some of these sound vaguely familiar but I know none of them.

Damn, I came in late on this one. I've only seen three Bond movies in my life. But I've played Goldeneye on the N64 for hundreds upon hundreds of hours. However it doesn't seemed to have helped. :(
