Go limp

Here's what I'm not good at doing. As previously stated, I probably need more meds. In the meantime, it's having far-reaching consequences that you might not expect. Unless you spend lots of time with me, in which case, this will not surprise you at all.

After school today I went to get a flu shot. The nurse told me to let me arm hang down and "go limp." Ha! That lasted all of 2 seconds before I must have tensed up again, just in time for her to put the needle in. Ow, ow, ow! My arm hurts so much. It is actively painful, not just the usual soreness. I have tingling up to my neck and down to my wrist. Argh!

Oh that sucks! I've only done that once, but it was some of the most horrible pain.
