2 Days in Paris

Tee-dee-us. Tedious.

Other than the comment about taking pictures makes you an observer rather than living in the moment or something. Yeah, yeah. Of course, I am an observer in general, so I don't see what's so bad about that.

I wanted to shoot both characters. La la la... BREAK UP!

And use public transportation already.

Just some thoughts.

haven't seen it either.
In fact, I read the title of your post...got all excited & jealous thinking you were in Paris...and then didn't figure out that it's a movie you are talking about until I read the comments...
so, haven't seen it.

Julie, I had forgotten that you said that you guys liked it. I love the actors, but I never really connected with their characters. I was not getting the humor in the situations. Things like the American tourists that he misdirects just to mess with. That was kind of funny. Running into them a day later, not so funny. It felt like a frying pan to the head--I thought it was implied that things wouldn't end well for them.

I was in a really crabby state of mind when I saw it. I also thought the ending was depressing.

Lainey, I wish! And maybe that's part of why I hated the movie. We had such a great time during our 2 days there last fall. It was a great time to be together and reconnect. Granted, we were tourists and not having to deal with whackadoo family and friends. Oh, and we like each other.
